Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Area: We offer local delivery within 120 mile of our farm.
2. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. You'll receive a notification with your estimated delivery window once your order is processed.
3. Delivery Instructions: Provide detailed instructions during checkout. If unavailable, designate a delivery area. WE ARE NOT responsible for items post-delivery.
4. Delivery Confirmation: You'll receive confirmation upon delivery. Contact us immediately for any concerns.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition and packaging.

We accept exchanges for produce items that are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been consumed or stored improperly.
2. Exchange Process:

If you receive produce that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 1 days of delivery.

Provide us with details about the issue and, if possible, include a photo of the item(s) in question.

Our customer service team will review your request and determine eligibility for exchange.

If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement item(s) to be included in your next scheduled delivery.
